Been creeping for a little while now on the sesskag tumblr. Seen some great stuff posted up on there! Thought it was time for me to get in on the fun. š So while Iāve been recovering from my work trip to Dallas this week, I finally got around to setting up an account.
That said, I have no idea what Iām doing with this thing. Do you guys use tumblr? Any tips or recommendations for things youād like to see? For now Iāll probably just curate other peopleās cool stuff and throw some fic updates and other random shit on there as I see fit.

I’ve been on Tumblr two or three times in my life, once when it first started. There was a lot of weird niche stuff, nudity and people having sex. I think it’s probably as random now as it was then. I don’t think you need to know what you’re doing. You just dive in and find your footing afterwards.
Bahaha! For real, up until recently, I thought that sex gifs was all that tumblr was about XD Lol a lot of it does seem random, but I was pleasantly surprised at all the IY stuffs š
And YES – Raindrops!! OMG, I’m setting aside some time to dive back into that one. Like you said, I also used to follow it back in the day and was thrilled to see it still being continued! *happy dance*

That said, have you been keeping up with YY’s Raindrops? I completely forgot to check back in in 2017 when she was promising to upload chapter 8. I just logged on and she’s on chapter 10! Excited~ *random*
I lurk sometimes. Maybe once every few weeks. Donāt post though. Iām not very active on social media outside of Reddit, discord and Facebook. Come to think of it I dont have much of an online presence. And my Inuyasha fandom name is too cringy to associate it with anything else lol
Ha yeah, Iām not very active on social media either…never had a Twitter or instagram. And my poor abandoned Facebook… š
So Iām gonna give this tumblr thing a shot and see how it goes. Maybe since itās IY-related Iāll stick with it this time haha

Iām on Tumblr a lot more than I care to admit and itās mostly for fan art and funny shit because what can I say, Iām a sucker for fan-based memes. But I follow a ton of SessKag artists and also a lot of Otome stuff (a recently discovered obsession I wish I never discovered. Iām a sucker for romance with fictional, hot anime guys and there are some good ones that are 18+)
Tumblr recently cracked down on āinappropriateā content and so thereās been a slow exodus of many artists who used to post their amazing nsfw fan art. Also Tumblr has its share of kids and judgmental assholes – PC outrage stuff- but mostly supportive fans.
Iāll definitely follow you! And I also follow YoukaiYumeās Raindrops! Her art is simply amazing and her Sesshomaru is so handsome & beautiful. Cute story too!
Ohhh interesting to hear about this crack-down…you know, I was kinda wondering at the lack of citrus, but this totally explains it!! I’m having a lot of fun on tumblr! – mostly for the reasons you said: the lovely fan art and funny stuff! It’s really fun when you have a few minutes here and there to kill š
