It’s rather belated, but I’m excited to finally share the Control Soundtrack with y’all! This has been a long-standing tradition of mine after completing a fic. 🙂 With this one taking almost 4 years to finish, the original playlist had gotten way out of control (pun intended), so I spent some time paring it down to remove the miscellaneous tracks I’d saved there out of sheer laziness XD

The playlist order roughly follows the mood shifts of Control. You’ll find mostly rock and alternative songs featured here (including some repeat offenders from the Stasis soundtrack), with a few other genres peppered in 😉 Very much like the story itself, the soundtrack is a rollercoaster of angst, violence, lust and rage.  Bookending the playlist are two songs which tie to the That Night mini-series prequel, as well as the Epilogue leading into The Rebel Anthology sequel.

While I was at it, I thought it’d be a good idea to just go ahead and archive the playlists of my other completed fics as well – the Stasis Soundtrack & Transgressions Soundtrack. I’ve also started a Pact Soundtrack as well, if you’re curious. Of course, since The Pact is still ongoing, the soundtrack is a WIP 🙂

  1. Now I feel greedy but thank you for this! Time to finish a drawing…
    I want to put in a request here, too, if it is allowed. Only a request though… being an artist I understand going with the creative flow… I want to request more of what TRA started with The Edo Era stuff. Love the smut as much as anyone (yes, please! *really big puppy eyes*), and of course what happens with “The Well Trip”(replacing “That Night” with the mysteries) will have to wait some more, however, I think I want to more of the goings-on at that point in time…

    1. Thanks, Celes! Yep, things in TRA are going to be cycling around more to the Edo Era timeline again – or at least, the ratio of plot to smut will be higher lol

      I’m kind of debating right now between 2 or 3 scenes as to which one will go next…so we’ll see! So glad you’re enjoying the series so much!! 🙂
